To continue the previous topic, today we will parameterize the chairs at a table.
- can boot from a family that contains a table exists, for example M_Table_Dining_Round.rfa, save with another name: Table and chair.
- Load a chair to this family M_Chair-Breuer. rfa
- Insert a chair from the components. Use the space bar, change the position of the chair and type SI (Snap Intersection) to make the intersection of the two axes.

- Within properties of the table, there are two parameters (Diameter and Height), from the ADD button create two new parameters: Radio and Chair
Verify that the parameter type chair, is INTEGER
- We will put the formula in the value Radius: Diameter / 2
- chair position for the parameter in the formula (Diameter * 3.1416) / 0762 m This formula allows me to know how many chairs to place, according to table diameter
Note that the names of the parameters we put in the formulas must be written in the same manner as set out in the properties window.
- Select the chair place and we will execute the command radial array
- Change the pivot point of the circular to the center table.
- Define the beginning of the array, by clicking on the chair, and then in the options bar, select Move to: LAST, in position 360 in Angle
- Press Enter
- Position the mouse pointer on the table and press the TAB key to reading the selection Array
- Once activated, the dimension, select from the options bar dropdown Label: Chairs

- Seleccione la cota radial, posiciónese sobre la mesa, y presione la tecla TAB, hasta que visualice la referencia a la matriz (Array:Array Reference).
- Una vez colocada la cota, seleciónela y active de la lista desplegable de LABEL, el parámetro Radio.
- Cuando selecciona los diferentes tipos de mesa, el número de sillas se modican automáticamente.
